Mentoring Packages

By purchasing any service or package from Venture Teaching Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the client”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase:

1. Services

• All services (including CV editing, cover letter support, interview preparation, and mentorship packages) will be delivered as described at the time of purchase.
• Whilst Ventured Teaching clients have a high success rate in securing interviews and employment, we cannot guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or employment security. Success also depends on the client’s effort, engagement, and suitability for roles.

2. Payments

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• In exceptional cases, installment plans may be offered. Installments must be paid on the agreed dates; failure to do so may result in services being paused until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital and consultancy services, all purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a client cancels before services have started, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services, missed appointments, or failure to provide required documents (e.g., CV, references, passport scans).

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information (including CV, qualifications, references, and identification).
• Ventured Teaching is not liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality

• All client information will be kept confidential and handled in compliance with data protection laws.

6. Liability

• Ventured Teaching provides professional guidance and mentoring but does not guarantee employment or interviews.
• The outcome of applications is dependent on both external factors (e.g., schools, recruiters, visa authorities) and the client’s own effort and preparation.
• Ventured Teaching is not responsible for third-party actions or decisions.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Purchase at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
